Session Overview

Introduction to the day & safety - Identify basic pieces of fishing equipment -Organize equipment & tackle box - Preparing equipment - Identifying fish species & habitat - Choosing your bait - Setting the hook - Landing the fish (Netting) - Fish handling (catch & release vs food prep)- Let’s go fishing & competition - Angler awards / certificates

Program Supplies:  Fishing journal, rods and reels, bait and tackle, nets, buckets, T-Shirts, Stickers and link to virtual fishing course.
